Evaluations
The nutrition evaluation is a comprehensive analysis of a client's nutrition habits and health history that results in a personalized nutrition plan. The process begins with a thorough evaluation involving a health and medical background, food journal, and an in-depth analysis of current nutrition and desired goals. Based on this information, our nutritionists will design a comprehensive program that involves meal planning, recipes, as well as regular nutritional support and education.
The evaluation package involves two follow-up sessions to ensure that clients receive proper education in their nutrition plan and that results are measured at a regular interval.
Who can benefit
The evaluation is designed for clients in need of an in-depth analysis of how their nutrition is affecting their health. These clients may have specific health conditions, digestive issues, food allergies, intolerances, inflammatory conditions, or simply desire an in-depth analysis of their nutrition.
What to expect
During the evaluation, a nutritionist will conduct a thorough review of the client's health history, current state of health, wellness habits, and dietary habits. From there, they will develop a list of targeted goals with the client, create a comprehensive nutrition plan including specific whole food choices and caloric recommendations, recipes, and nutrition support and education. After a pre-determined amount of time, the nutritionist may conduct a follow-up with a re-assessment of progress and possible modifications of the plan as needed to ensure the client successfully reaches their goal(s).
Nutrition for Longevity Membership
The Nutrition for Longevity Membership is designed to help clients increase their energy, prevent the development of disease, improve quality of life and even prolong their lifespan. The membership begins with a 60-minute one-on-one evaluation with a nutritionist, followed by a weekly education email series as well as monthly 60-minute consultations.

This membership was designed for anyone who wants to increase their lifespan or improve their quality of life through nutrition at any stage in their life.
What to expect
The membership begins with a 60-min one-on-one session to discuss specific member goals, nutritional habits and pertinent medical history, as well as a plan for the upcoming three months. Clients will receive 14 weekly emails with varied educational content that includes advice, recipes, seasonal food guides and more. Each client will also receive a 60-minute consulting session to ensure accountability and to ensure their specific goals are being met.
