We offer a variety of small group fitness classes tailored to all types of skill levels and exercise preferences. Class sizes range from four to six people per class to maintain a personalized approach for all participants.

60-minute Mat Pilates focusing on breathing, proper alignment, and core activation. This blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress. 60-minute Zoom class focused on toning up the muscles of the abs and legs and improving stability through the core and hips. Equipment: resistance bands, yoga mat, dumbbells.
60-minute class designed to improve balance and stability, gain strength, increase flexibility, and have fun. All classes are taught by our certified personal trainers and are available in three experience levels – basic, intermediate, and advanced.
Total-body workout that targets every muscle. Equipment ranges from dumbbells, sleds, TRX suspension trainers, plyo boxes, kettlebells, and the use of your bodyweight.
60-minute total body workout that involves functional exercises targeting all muscle groups. Perform the most effective exercises to improve aerobic fitness, strength and power to get you both fit and staying healthy.
